1. Free Shipping Eligibility
Amsler's Inc. is proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all lawn mowers and equipment to any valid physical address within the continental United States. The price displayed at checkout is the final price for delivery; there are absolutely no hidden handling fees or surprise shipping surcharges.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are subject to a standard processing and handling window of 12 to 48 hours before being handed off to the shipping carrier.
Orders are processed and prepared for transit Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
3. Carrier Selection & Delivery Methods
To ensure your equipment arrives safely and efficiently, we partner exclusively with trusted national networks:
Small to Medium Items & Accessories:
Typically ship via USPS or FedEx Ground
services directly to your doorstep or mailbox.
Large & Heavy Equipment (Riding Mowers/Zero-Turns):
Ship via specialized FedEx Freight (LTL) networks.
Note:
Large freight shipments typically arrive as a standard curbside delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery location is safely accessible by a standard commercial freight truck. Large freight shipments will take more time to arrive at your location.
4. Domestic Shipping Restrictions
Alaska & Hawaii:
Free shipping terms do not apply to regions outside the continental United States. Please contact our office directly for a custom transport quote to these states.
International Delivery:
Amsler's Inc. does not ship to international destinations outside of the United States.

4. Financial Authorization & Fulfillment Integration
Upon final submission of the order, immediate payment authorization and settlement charges will be executed by your financial institution. Following successful transaction clearance, the order is formally committed to our inventory fulfillment pipeline and enters the standard 12 to 48-hour administrative processing window prior to carrier dispatch.
● RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Return Eligibility Window
Amsler's Inc. is dedicated to product excellence and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, standard retail items, parts, and un-inked/un-fueled lawn care equipment may be eligible for return or exchange within 15 calendar days from the date of formal delivery or in-store acquisition.
2. Product Condition & Restocking Parameters
To qualify for a restitution or inventory exchange, all returned machinery and merchandise must strictly adhere to the following baseline criteria:
Unused & Pristine Condition:
Equipment must be entirely unused, free of cosmetic or mechanical wear, and must not have had fuel, oil, or fluids introduced into the mechanical systems.
Original Packaging:
All original factory packaging, crates, protective coverings, manuals, documentation, and auxiliary attachments must be intact and included with the return shipment.
Restocking Assessment:
Returns on heavy-duty motorized assets or large-scale turf equipment may be subject to a standard industry restocking fee to account for transit verification and secondary detailed inspection protocols.
3. Initiate a Return & Logistics Authorization
Prior Authorization Required:
Consumers must initiate a formal return claim prior to dispatching any merchandise back to our facilities. Unscheduled deliveries or un-authorized return freight shipments will be rejected at our receiving terminal.
Return Authorization Protocol:
To initiate a claim, please submit a formal request containing your original invoice data and digital proof of equipment status via our e-mail address.
Logistical Transport Responsibilities:
Unless the return is a direct consequence of a verified manufacturing non-conformance or fulfillment error on behalf of Amsler's Inc., all return logistics, freight coordination, and associated transit costs remain the sole financial obligation of the consumer.
4. Processing of Financial Refunds
Upon safe physical receipt and subsequent technical inspection of the returned asset at our facility, an administrative clearance notification will be issued. Approved refunds are processed in 5-7 business and credited back exclusively to the original authorized payment mechanism utilized during the initial checkout sequence. Please allow standard banking institution processing windows for the final settlement balance to reflect on your statement.
